The Choong Sil Kwan Do Association (CSKDA) Headquartered in Modesto, Ca. has been training high quality martial artists for years. We offer students and instructors, access to the highest quality martial arts training available. In addition, we are available 7 days a week to answer any questions you may have about our organization.

   Choong Sil Kwan Do is dedicated to providing you a positive pro-social environment in which traditional martial arts values may be fostered. We believe that it is equally important to help students develop excellent character, confidence, respect, and discipline, as it is to develop excellent physical martial art skills.

   At Choong Sil Kwan Do, we are committed to motivating you to achieve your goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle in an exciting and challenging environment. Although we honor Martial Art traditions that go back centuries, we are dynamic and are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to enthuse and excite you.

   At Choong Sil Kwan Do our instructors and staff have experience with children who have a variety of challenges including behavior problems, emotional difficulties and ADHD. Parents see an increase in focus and confidence in their children, as well as improvement in their children’s schoolwork, grades, respect, and character. Students of all ages have enjoyed becoming physically fit, losing weight, relieving stress, and gaining flexibility. All students learn self-defense and become better able to face any of life’s challenges with confidence. Students learn how to set and accomplish goals which leads to an improvement in self-esteem.

   The Choong Sil Kwan Do Association offers you a variety of programs including: Mushin Bujutsu, Taekwondo, Women Only Self-Defense Courses, Children Safety Courses and Special Needs. In addition we offer our individual student members the following services: Belt Level Certification, Advanced Training Opportunities, Instructor Training and Certification and Private Training.
