Mrs. Hoelscher earned her First Degree Black Belt in August 2004, while training under Mr. K at Choong Sil Kwan Do of Modesto. Mrs. Hoelscher started helping with the Monday and Thursday 6:30 pm classes which catered to students with special needs. Miss Hoelscher went on to earn her Assistant Instructors Certification in August of 05' and her Second Degree Black Belt in August of 06'. She proved to be an important asset to the school and to the students she taught. Mrs. Hoelscher moved to Texas along with the rest of her family so that she could continue teaching alongside her mother.
