   1st and 2nd Grade Yellow Belts 

      From a ready parallel stance, step back with the right foot to a middle stance. 

  1. Step together, make a left leg sidekick, step down, feet together, and step back to a middle stance.
  2. Step together, make a left leg round kick, step down, feet together, step back to a middle stance.
  3. Step together, make a left leg hook kick, step down together, and step back to a middle stance.
  4. Step together, step to a left front stance, execute a right reverse punch, and step back to a middle stance.

      *    Hop change to opposite side, in a middle stance and repeat the drills.

                                                             

 

                                                 3rd and 4th Grade Yellow Belts

       From a ready parallel stance, step back with the right foot to a middle stance.

  1. Step together, make a left leg double round kick, step down, feet together, and step back to a middle stance.
  2. Step together, make a left leg hook kick, round kick combination, step together, and step back to a middle stance.
  3. Step together, make a left sidekick, land in a left front stance, while making a right reverse punch, step back feet together, and then step back to a middle stance.
  4. Step together, make a left leg hook kick, step down with feet parallel and your back to your opponent, execute a right spin side kick, step back to parallel stance with your back to your opponent, execute a left spin side kick, landing in a left front stance while making a right reverse punch, step back feet together, step back to a middle stance.
  5. Step together, make a left sidekick, step down with feet parallel and your back to your opponent, execute a right 360 spin heel kick, landing in a middle stance, step together and step out to a left front stance while making a right reverse punch, execute a left leg round kick, step down feet together, step back to a middle stance.

 *    Hop change to opposite side, in a middle stance and repeat the drills.
